Yes, I did buy World of Warcraft today. My Nethack Samurai kept dying at the quest level, and I got annoyed.

I'm so far avoiding it because I only have dial-up on my personal computer, although two other computers in the house have cable. But I did (for "research" purposes only, of course) sign up for Second Life. Did you know you can FLY! Just like Peter Pan but without the tarty little fairy dripping dandruff on you first. To heck with interactions, I can FLY!!!
