Tonight before class my sensei made a point of telling me that I'll be taking my nidan test mid-year next year. That's in about six months. Not a year from now: six months.

Ahhh! Ahhh! Ahhh!

OK. I'm fine now. And I'll be ready. In the last six months I've managed to get rid of my imposter syndrome for being a shodan, and have been improving. Now I just need to improve faster. Much faster.
