I went to Weight Watchers tonight, where the program is doing a Kickstart series over the next few weeks, to get people like me back on track. Excellent timing, that, since I had resolved this week to do just that. The black belt test just gets closer and closer.

Congrats on getting back on track with WW. Aikido looks like one of those things that other people do brilliantly and if I tried it I'd end up on my rear end - often!
