Oct. 2nd, 2003 01:16 pmI got tickets for the upcoming Neil Gaiman reading (at SJSU on Oct. 16, for
anyone who's interested). I'm not a Neil Gaiman groupie the way I am a Harlan
Ellison groupie, but he does read very well, and I like all of his stories.
At Comic-Con I heard him read "The Problem of Susan", about what happens to
Susan of Narnia after the rest of her family goes to Paradise. He said he always
thought she got a raw deal. One of my friends heard Neil mention at WFC last
year that he wanted to write this, and she's very jealous that I got to hear it.
I hope he'll read it again this time.
