A sunny day

Today we had some of the weather that people move to California for, sunny and bright in the sixties. I spent the afternoon at the driving range and walking the trails around the marsh again. My backswing is OK, but now I'm working on the rest of it. I'm not getting the hip action (move your weight from your right hip to your left while turning your hips and swinging) right, or turning my hands correctly as I hit the ball. What's happening is that the ball plunks through the air about twenty feet out to the right, if it doesn't just dribble along the ground a yard or so. I'm slowly starting to get bits of it, though.
