Farewell, maestrateresa

maestrateresa died last night in her sleep. She hadn't gotten up at her usual time, and her son, who was worried, came home at lunchtime to check on her, and found her body.

Her life was going well. She had a job, she was doing well in school, and her beloved children were grown and happy. As she so often put it, she won.
