Another cooking puzzle
Sep. 29th, 2010 07:17 pmI have bok choy, chard, and fennel. I'd like to cook the fennel with the sausage like I did last time. What can I do with the bok choy and chard? Would they fit in with fennel and sausage? Should I stir fry them somehow? Any suggestions? I also have beetroot and fingerling potatoes, but I was going to bake them. (At Milford I had an interesting beetroot with mustard dish that I'd like to find how to cook, too.)
