(no subject)

We've worked out a schedule, of sorts. I get up in the morning, stagger through the house, and feed the boys, who have spent the night in the back rooms (where there are no couches to sharpen claws on). I scritch them, but leave them alone (again, behind closed doors) while I go off to work for the day. I come home and feed and scritch them, and they have the run of the house for the evening. Then at bedtime, they come willingly into the back, where I make sure they have enough fresh water and scritches. I'll see them again in the morning.

On Saturday I will get them some proper scratching posts, so we can stop this nonsense. Failing that, on Sunday I'll get them a Chaz, to keep them company during the day.
