Happy birthday

klwilliamsToday was my birthday, and I spent it with two friends (one of whom shares my birthday) at Glen Ivy Hot Springs, a wonderful day spa in Riverside. Ah, heavenly. We soaked in several hot pools, had a massage, and variously went into the mud baths, lay around in the sun, and floated on little rafts in one of the pools. Then we went out to dinner and had pie for dessert. Last night one of said friends also threw me a birthday party, attended by a lot of really fun and cool people, though unfortunately the party was too far away for some of my other cool and fun friends to attend. All in all, it was a lovely weekend, and I have two (!) interviews in the next two days.
