Bangkok, ho!

I bought my plane tickets for Bangkok today (twenty hours each way, with a plane change in Tokyo). I'm looking forward to it, particularly since I'll have a native guide meeting me (literally -- Pen was a tour guide in Bangkok when Dad met her). Dad seems to think that a plane ride back with a one-year-old won't be a lot of fun. What he doesn't understand is that it's not my kid. I don't care if he cries the whole way.

Well, except if you get tired and want to sleep and can't because some nice lady's one-year-old is screaming in the seat next to you. Or are worried sick about your sweet little brother because he is tired and unhappy on an airplane....

(I still think it'll be a cool trip, though! :)
