There's been one death over here that I know of (you can see a clip of it in the video that goes with the article - and I'm in the video, too), where a woman pushed a bike, at night, in front of an oncoming autonomous vehicle. There was a human in the car who was supposed to take over in an emergency, but she was busy texting.
