Test Tubing

I went over to a friend's house today and transferred "Test Tube" to digital. Sadly, you can tell the tape is over twenty years old. However, my friend is going to use his effects program and clean up some of the problems we had when we made it, and I'm going to do some judicious editing, and, with luck, soon I'll have "It Came From a Test Tube: The Director's Cut" ready for DVD.

Sure. It will be a while before I finish it, though. For one thing, I need to get two of the actors to re-record some of their dialogue. One of them lives in NYC, and the other one is far away, too.

Speaking as half of the dynamic duo who wrote, directed and produced this modern-day morality tale (the moral being that everyone eventually dies but those who are engaged in real, true love)- the world has waited long enough!

Karen, I have what might be a better copy of the tape on VHS, and a copy on 3/4-inch, if you think that they can be of any help.

The Cavalry Comes Over the Hill was made by you in Junior High, right? Mrs. Sexton's class? She showed that to her classes for years after you went into high school.

Just a reminder that I have an original 3/4-inch tape version of Test Tube and a VHS copy that only has a glitch here and there if you think that they might be helpful. Be well!
