A good day

I didn't end up going to Crown because the person I was going with wasn't feeling very good, so instead we went out for tea. The day was sunny and warm, and tea was excellent and genteel. Then I came home and played Nethack for hours. I'm feeling very good.

I got my tourist once again to the final level and died a stupid death. This time, I was fighting Pestilence, and forgot that I had taken my amulet of life saving off on the water level to wear my amulet of magical breathing, and he killed me. I had about five backup amulets of life saving, too. AAAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHH!

Which I'd feel virtuous about, had I not discovered first the Sims, and then this, instead.
