Back in the groove
May. 2nd, 2004 10:30 pmOne of the best things for me to do when I'm stressed out is to do aikido. It's good exercise, and by its nature is very relaxing. So what have I not been doing for the last month, while I've been stressed out about Kath and about the job hunt? Yup. Tonight I went to a seminar, which was only an hour and a half, but it was very hot and I'm, as usual, asthmatic and out of shape. I had fun and learned stuff, but ow. Ow. Ow.
