Instead of my regular plan for this evening, which was to go to aikido, I opted for the plan that includes going out to dinner and seeing "Hitchhiker's Guide". Since I felt guilty about missing aikido, I decided to do a half hour workout with my animated personal trainer, and in a fit of madness chose a weight loss workout. I had to stop half way into it. I am so out of shape. I'm going to focus on cardio for a while. There's also the Catch-22 of I need to lose weight before I can do some of the exercises in the weight loss workout, particular anything that involves jumping. My knees just aren't up to it.

Oh, well, I'll likely not eat much at dinner, and then all I have to do is sit and enjoy "Hitchhiker's".
