Hitchhiker's Guide (no spoilers)

Hitchhiker's Guide the movie struck me pretty much the same way Hitchhiker's Guide the book did: a few very funny moments, several funny moments, and the rest entertainingly silly. I don't remember the book in extreme detail on purpose, due to the number of guys who like to come up to me and recite whole passages at me. I keep hoping that forgetting the book will allow me to forgot those memories, too. It helps some, thanks. Anyway, I enjoyed the movie. It was fun to watch, and I laughed. The new character they added is a little dark in tone for the rest of the movie, but interesting. I liked Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect, and Zaphod was just as annoying in the movie as I found him in the book, so purists will probably like him. Marvin, as expected, was wonderful.
