Tapas, anyone?

I've been invited to a tapas potluck weekend after next, and I've decided to appeal to the group mind. Do any of you have an easy tapas recipe that will still taste good after an hour's drive? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Trader Joe's - Caterer or Pusher?

Get a couple of packages of crack... I mean the Marcona almonds from Trader Joe's. They have plain or flavored with rosemary.
They are amazingly addictive.
Someone else already mentioned the date stuffed with an almond wrapped with jambon or prociutto, I think.
