badassslinky, when I took her a (signed, of course) copy of DESDAEMONA and returned the first season of Buffy (in exchange for the second season). It was great to see her; I don't see her often enough. On Monday I'll get to see Ann and the younger two godchildren, whom I haven't seen since last August. That will be a treat. I wish I could walk better.
Today I also got some resume coaching, and applied for a job. This weekend I'm going to do a lot more focused job hunting, so I'm at the top of the hiring managers' queues come Monday.
Tonight, Chaz and I are watching "Kung Fu" on video (one of my favorites as a kid, and what drew me to martial arts). He has finished packing, and is now cooking risotto for dinner. Tomorrow, he leaves for England.
Sigh.
