Eat some food, get some sleep

Yesterday afternoon I went to see "The Ladykillers" with a friend, and then I took today off of work and slept. I'm feeling much better now. Still sad, but not sobbing all the time.

I had a good cry on the bus coming home. Thank goodness I had a busy day at work, because that kept me from dwelling. I'm finding a kind of sad peace with it, now, but it's still kind of fragile, because this is so unfair and un-right.

Would you like me to give you a call, if talking would help? I think I may still have your number....

Thanks, but I'll be OK. I've been grabbing local friends and spending in-person time with them. That's helped a lot.
