Chaz and his friend jemck are at my house in Sunnyvale (where jemck commented that she was glad there wasn't a Hellmouth). I'm in San Francisco at work. What's wrong with this picture?

However, both arrived safely, and survived the Hellmouth-free night. Chaz walked me to the train station this morning. The weather will be lovely all day, so I think the two of them will be just fine.

I thought the Hell Mouth was in Los Angelos or Fresno?

The Hellmouth is in SunnyDALE, Karen is in SunnyVALE. Well, San Franscisco at the moment.

From internal evidence in the series, (A map on the wall in the mayor's office, for example) Sunnydale is actually Santa Barbara.

I followed your guest's link, skimmed their journal (funny writer) and went to their book website. Very cool. Intriguing.

I may stir myself to go buy a few books... AFTER the property settlement. I've become insanely territorial about MY stuff since He-to-whom-I-refer-to-as "Boat Anchor" carried off so much loot. The idea of buying some cool fiction and then having to defend that it was purchased after date of separation because he spots it during one of his numerous "inventory walk throughs" would turn me into a raving bitch. OMG! I would probably flip out and pull a Halle Berry; just pile all the light sabers, phasers, Indiana Jones shit, HeroClix, Flagship Games stuff, and lingering computer games in the back yard, toss in the wedding album on top, get a can of lighter fluid and go for it.

Yup. And the Concord Police are super bored. I'm sure there would be news vans.

So I'm working on avoiding THAT little fiasco and I have a moratorium on buying stuff.
