Look for Bob's Red Mill stuff. Apparently "granary flour" is a brand name, not a particular type of flour. Bob's has lots of wonderful stuff...and the next time you come to Portland, we can go visit their headquarters! :-)
i am not sure what you mean by granary flour (doesn't all flour come from granary?)...but my favorite flour brands are bob's red mill and king arthur. both have a large range of products. lots of stores carry one or both brands (whole foods, even safeway) and you can also find their complete line or products online.
Do an Amazon search for bob's red mill products. They have lots, and most are even eligible for Amazon Prime pricing! It's been my experience that the often deliver within 24 hours.
You can get the flour at the Oroweat outlet for WAY cheaper than the grocery store, and its first quality stuff, not defective or anything. Outlets in Sunnyvale and Bascom. We go to the one in South San Francisco/ San Bruno cause it's close.
Another fan of Bob's Red Mill and King Arthur, but I was curious to know if you're looking to get the flours in bulk.
Bob's Red Mill packages aren't that big, as far as I've seen, though that may be what you're looking for, at least to start. It's possible to purchase in quantity from the website, but I think it's just multiple packages in a case.
If you're looking for bulk, you might try Berkeley Bowl (two locations in Berkeley) or Rainbow Grocery (San Francisco). Since they're not close to your home. I'd suggest calling to find out what's available or to ask if you're looking for something specific, like the granary flour.

Bob's Red Mill is good, and has a lot of variety. Whole Foods and Piazzas in Palo Alto carry it.
