...me neither. I only rated mid-range nerd, and I *was* a bit surprised by that....

I am nerdier than 35% of all people. Are you nerdier? Click here to find out!

I'm surprised it was this =high=. My real annoyance is that I don't want to be a nerd. Maybe this score happened because of the items I said I owned, which really belong to my husband, but they are here in the house.

You're not a nerd. You just hang out with them. :-)

I'm 93, which is a Nerd King. I'm blaming this on claiming that COBOL is not a real programming language, which is a pretty nerdy joke. (That and having a chemist father who made me memorize the periodic table.)

I nerd-rate at 64 (low-nerd), but I'll admit that I was going for a higher score. I'm proud of my nerdiness, tho nerdiness seems to equate only to computer and science stuff, not to knowing picky stuff in the social sciences, which >I< think make one just as nerdy. Got the periodic table stuff right [not a surprise to me. tho there are new things in the table now] but not the COBOL question. Why isn't it a programming language, Larry?

COBOL is used to write business programs, and is kind of clunky. I've seen COBOL code, but never programmed with it.

It takes something like 15 lines of declarations to make a valid COBOL program that does nothing.

I scored low because it was so computer-oriented. It would have been higher if it had been more pop-culture oriented. Hello, I own miniature anime figures, can name every Star Trek crew, and download fan-translated manga off the net, how much nerdier can you get?

But that's cool nerdiness.
