I'm a good godmother. I took my now four-year-old godson, Edward,
to Toys R Us so he could pick out his birthday present from me.
He had his heart set on T-Wrecks, a Tyrannosaurus Rex with Hot Wheels
tracks up its back that, depending on what you do, either eats the
cars or spits them all out. He told me he didn't get it for his
birthday because he thinks his mother doesn't want him to have scary
toys (though I checked with her first and she said she just didn't
realize that he wanted it). So, I bought him a T-Rex as big as he
is, and put it together. He and his sister love it, though I think
he's just a little scared of it.
He also told me I was the biggest girl he'd ever met. Sigh. I am
a couple of inches taller than his father, but that's just because
his father is short.
