I have a new couch. It's green, and soft, and very comfortable. I've already taken two naps on it. :-) My de-stressing weekend has been successful so far, too (see comment re: naps). I'm having a good time doing nothing. I've also noticed that less stressed I am, the less I eat (insert chorus of "duh!"), so I've been eating less this weekend. I even got on the treadmill a couple of times.

I've decided that I do need to get up early and walk on the treadmill then, because it won't matter if I get sweaty since I take a shower right before going to work, anyway. I really need to get into better shape. Even the little I've done so far has had a noticeable affect at aikido.

I rarely listen to music while using the computer, so I use that field for books. I think they should make that a drop down choice of current music, movie, book, etc.

New couch! I'm envious. Last night I finally realized that money and my falling-apart couch and my six-years-down-the-road solo apartment are simply never going to mesh. It's time to get a cheap used couch and let this beautiful low couch that needs rebuilding go to a different home. And my envisioned apartment honestly might be challenged by fitting in a 7' couch, however graceful and low. Drat.
