Computer workout

My animated personal trainer is the computer program Yourself Fitness (http://www.yourselffitness.com). I've just started it, so I can't say if it's any good or not, but I got it because of a friend of mine who raves about it. It's a personalized workout, which changes every day. There's a computer animated personal trainer, plus a model that demonstrates exercises (which you can turn 360 degrees so you can really see what it's doing). You do an initial test (pulse rate, active pulse rate, how many of a set of exercises can you do) to set a baseline, then tell it what sort of goal you have (cardio improvement, weight loss, flexibility) and when you can exercise, and it will prepare an exercise program for you. You run the program and it tells you what to do.
