I've started a playlist on my iPod that consists of songs that are about or reference Superman, even one time. So far, I only have four:

Also, on the Spin Doctor's album called Pocket full of Kryptonite, the song is called "Jimmy Olsen's Blues".

And there is a classic rap song called "Rapper's Delight" by The Sugar Hill Gang. Funny... Here are the lyrics in question:

Both Kinks songs. There's one about "Superman", and another one about America that references Superman obliquely.
