I'm about a third of the way through Territory, by Emma Bull, and I am enjoying it immensely. The characters are interesting and sucked me in right away, and the story is intriguing. I'm also impressed with the writing, which is excellent. Having read other books by her, I think the rest of the book will be just as enjoyable. The last time I was in Tucson, Kath and Sue took me with them to Tombstone and showed me around, so the descriptions in the book and what I saw on that trip match well, and I can almost feel the desert air.

I also admit to being a complete wuss when it comes to horror movies, and even so I still loved I Am Legend. Will Smith did a great job, and the plot and pacing were perfect. I haven't read the book, so I can't comment on anything that was changed, but I really liked it. My heart was still racing on the drive home, and that was *after* staying through the extremely long credits.

I realize these are vague as far as reviews go, but I didn't want to spoil anything and I'm too lazy to go look up the cut tag syntax, so this will have to do.
