That probably sounds pathetic, but I just had the world's most perfect workout. I told my computer that I wanted a 15 minutes workout, and it suggested a cardio workout, so it gave me 15 minutes at level 1 (lowest level). Considering how bad my wind is and how badly out of shape I am, that was perfect. My heart rate is up, I'm sweating a little, but I'm not gasping for breath or feeling like an idiot trying to keep up with a roomful of other people. My next workout is tomorrow. Go, me! :-)

Date: 2005-05-04 06:00 am (UTC)Yesterday I went to the gym room in a friend's apartment building, and Did Too Much. But I can mostly move okay today, if I don't think about it too much. Tomorrow I may go back again. I'm so out of shape that I have to do the every-other-day so I don't fall apart.
